| TWC revert to a 1996ish state, giving up a little, scoring less, and lose their seventh in a row to close it out. Hello #1 Pick. Sigh. Seattle Blur win a very ugly game (but not as fugly as that 5-5 stinker a few weeks back) and secure the Number One Seed, as well as the best 14-game record in UFFL history. Forgive me a slight indulgence if I take the extra space to point out the only thing of note in this game -- the return of the Thurmanator, who got the first (and only) points from a TWC RB in 1999. And there was much rejoicing. (yay....) |
