Egomaniacs 26 - Bake-O's 26 |
---|
Egomaniacs advance in the tie due to their higher seed as bake-O's quest to become the first three-time UFFL Champion falls just a hair short. Dan, seven words: "Skip Hicks and the New York Giants". Sorry, man, had to say it. Still, Ego advances due primarily to a TDR by Steve Young. Not a surprise, necessarily, but given the Niners' reliance on the pass this year a big TDP game was expected. Still, a nail-biter to the end, and Ego advances to meet LW4 in a battle of the two best records in the league. |

Rage 33 - Sea Stags 26 |
---|
Rage move into the semifinals on a five game win streak, the new hottest team in the league, with the fall of Bake-O's. A huge game from Adam Vinatieri gave Joe the win when Randy Moss only caught one TDP and San Francisco became the 1966 Packers, sending the Sea Stags run-and-shoot home for the winter. Rage will go on next week to play Seattle Blur, in a battle of the first and second place teams in the RIOS division. Wait a minute...what happened to the SMRS division?!?!? Renegade Rebels, where art thou?!?!? |
