Iron Men 36 - Egomaniacs 19
Week 3's Mel Gray award goes to this Monday Night shootout that failed to fully materialize. Iron Men are now 2-0-1 and Egomaniacs are at a shocking 0-3-0. Dallas' Monday Night performance affected both sides, as Emmitt Smith is still scoreless and Richie Cunningham had 5 FG's for the second week in a row.

Liquid Ham 27 - Necrotic Slough 9
Liquid Ham get points from six of their seven starters to score their highest point total of the season. In an interesting reversal of last week's all-K point performance, the Slough got 0 points from their kicker (ironically enough if you read last week's news, they started Chip Lohmiller) and a TDP from Dan Marino (finally!) as they scored in single digits for the second week in a row.

Munchen Mavericks 31 - Outlaws 13
The Mavs have their second high scoring week in a row as John Elway finally broke out with 4 TDP and Cole Ford filled in nicely for Mike Hollis, who was on bye. Outlaws continue to struggle offensively as Chris Chandler performed well, but was injured for the second week in a row.

Renegade Rebels 26 - Seattle Blur 21
The Rebels carried over the momentum from last Monday with a strong victory over the previously unbeaten Blur. SB finally came to earth after two 37 point outputs. According to Mike, it could have been different: "Parcells goes for it *THREE* times on 4th down in Field Goal range. Serves him right that it costs the Jets the game since it cost me mine." Bitter, Fred? Hey, you won your FFAL game, what more could you ask for? ;)

Sea Stags 23 - Lethal Weapon 4 14
Jim Kelly and Sterling Shapre stayed on the bench, but their ghosts were felt as Sea Stags roared to their lowest output of the year, but their first win. Who knew? LW4 slipped further from their Week 1 heights, returning to 1996 vintage. Better luck next week, Ted.

The Windmilling Chaos 17 - Bake-O's 11
TWC continue their return to 1992 form -- low scores with fortunately lower scores from high-powered opponents -- with a victory over Bake-O's, now 1-1-1. TWC has only "given up" 27 points in three games. Thus, they are now 2-1-0. The injury bug has now come to roost on Bake-O's as they lose Rashaan Salaam and possibly Shannon Sharpe.
