| The UFFL was founded on April 28, 1992, at Bill and Joe's apartment at Sterling Carlyle (which is now known as Sterling Lakes or something like that). There were guys in the floor, people on speakerphone, and chips, as I recall. Ten numbers (only ten teams at the time, remember) were put into a hat to determine the initial draft order, and The Windmilling Chaos drew Number One. The draft unfolded over fifteen rounds, so as to fill out everyone's roster. The First Round follows on this page, then follow the links to see how the other rounds went.
